ftp_rename — 更改 FTP 服务器上的文件或目录名
$ftp_stream, string $oldname, string $newname): boolftp_rename() 将 FTP 服务器上的一个文件或目录改名。
ftp_streamFTP 连接的标识符。
oldname原来的文件／目录名。
newname新名字。
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。 失败时（比如试图重命名一个不存在的文件）将会抛出一个 E_WARNING 错误信息。
